The South Suburban Bar Association (SSBA) was founded in 1940 by attorneys who practiced in the south suburbs of Chicago. Today, it is a vibrant social and professional organization of over 100 attorneys who live and work in the area. Our Association provides social and networking opportunities to help attorneys stay connected.
The association provides valuable continued legal education for all of our members: pro bono and charity work; expert attorney referrals to the community; and many social events for lawyers, including monthly membership social hours, an annual golf outing, and the annual holiday party. Take advantage of these opportunities to obtain CLE credits, interact with other attorneys and make connections.
If you are an attorney, judge, or law student and you wish to join, please fill out our application today. Discounts are available to government attorneys and law students.
